Gareth Woodham AAPI CPV has been conducting property valuations across Sydney and Melbourne for more than 20 years. Since joining the Suburbanite team in 2016, Gareth has worked with hundreds of clients to secure properties across Australia, while providing valuation reports as Expert Witness for NCAT, the Federal Circuit Court, the Family Court of Australia, NSW Supreme Court and the Family Justice Courts of Singapore, including cross-examination, expert conclave, and preparation of joint reports.

As a fully qualified Certified Practising Valuer, Gareth is able to assist property investors with the best possible advice that only a property expert can provide.
